We offer UK wide delivery across our porcelain tile collections.
Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, supplier stock levels, and delivery location. Estimated lead times will be communicated following order confirmation.
Typical delivery estimates:
- In stock items: approximately 3–7 working days
- Special order items: approximately 7–14 working days
Please note that delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may vary during busy periods or due to courier scheduling.
Kerbside Delivery
Tile orders are typically delivered via pallet networks or specialist courier services and are delivered on a kerbside basis only.
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- Suitable access is available for delivery vehicles
- Someone is available to receive the delivery where required
- Goods are inspected upon arrival
Damaged or Missing Items
Any damages, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, ideally with supporting photographs provided via email.
Failed Deliveries
Additional delivery or re-delivery charges may apply where:
- Deliveries are missed
- Suitable access is unavailable
- Incorrect delivery information has been provided
Affluva Tiles cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party couriers, restricted site access, or circumstances outside of our control.
Samples Policy
See the colour, texture and finish of your chosen tile before making your final decision.
Samples are £4.99 each, or 3 for £9.99, with free UK delivery.
If you go on to place a full tile order with us, we’ll refund your sample cost up to £9.99.
Please note:
- Samples are provided as a guide to colour, texture and finish.
- Shade, pattern and tone can vary between samples and full tiles.
- Sample sizes vary depending on the collection.
- Samples are subject to availability.
We recommend ordering all the tiles you need at the same time, as slight variations can occur between different production batches.
