Returns & Refund Policy

We want customers to feel confident when ordering from Affluva Tiles.

Returns Eligibility

Returns may be accepted for standard stocked items within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.

To qualify for return:

• items must remain unused and in original packaging
• full boxes only may be returned
• products must be in resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

• Special order products
• Made to order items
• Clearance products
• Sample orders
• Opened or installed tiles

Return Costs

Return shipping and collection costs are the responsibility of the customer unless goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Any damages, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed once returned goods have been inspected and accepted back into stock.
